Program Name

Pianobooker SMS Notifications, operated by Pianobooker ("Pianobooker," "we," "us," or "our").

Program Description

Pianobooker is a scheduling and client management platform used by independent piano technicians to manage their businesses. When you provide your phone number to your piano technician and consent to receive text messages, you may receive SMS notifications through the Pianobooker platform including:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Scheduling updates and changes
  • Service follow-ups

Messages are sent on behalf of your piano technician and their associated business through the Pianobooker platform. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and your technician's communication preferences. You will typically receive messages when an appointment is upcoming or when there are changes to your scheduled service.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Pianobooker does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive from Pianobooker. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
  • Contacting your piano technician directly to request removal.
  • Emailing us at info@pianobooker.com with your phone number and a request to stop messages.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Pianobooker. You may opt back in at any time by contacting your piano technician.

Support / Help

For help or questions about the SMS program, you can:

  • Reply HELP to any message you receive for assistance.
  • Email us at info@pianobooker.com.

Consent

By consenting to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and that you agree to receive text messages from Pianobooker at that number. Consent is collected by your piano technician verbally or in writing at the time of service or scheduling and is recorded within the Pianobooker platform.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers.

Use of the Service

Pianobooker provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Pianobooker may terminate or suspend access to the service at its sole discretion for violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pianobooker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed or delayed messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
