Get paid through Pianobooker.
Finish the visit and send the invoice from the same screen. The client gets a branded email with a link to pay by card, the money goes to your own Stripe account, and Pianobooker marks it paid the moment it clears.
Estimates work the same way: send options, the client picks one online, and one click turns it into an invoice. If you only used QuickBooks to send invoices and chase payments, you can stop paying for it.
From estimate to paid.
- 1
Estimate
Build up to four options from your service list or your findings on the piano, good, better, best.
- 2
Approve
The client opens the estimate from their email and approves the option they want.
- 3
Invoice
Turn the approved option into an invoice, or send one straight from the visit you just finished.
- 4
Paid
They pay by card from the email. The invoice is marked paid and the money is on its way to your bank.
Everything between the quote and the payout.
Estimates with options
Quote a regulation three ways and let the owner choose. Lines come from your service list or are typed by hand, and the issues you logged on the piano can be turned into priced lines in a tap.
Send it by email as a branded PDF with a link to approve, or show it in person with a QR code. You see when it has been opened and when it is approved, and the approved option can go straight onto the visit.
Invoices from the visit
Mark a visit complete and send the invoice from the same card, with the services you did already on it. Sales tax is applied at your rate, with a switch on each service for what is taxable.
Paid by card, to your own Stripe account
Connect your own Stripe account in settings. Clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your branded page, and can save a card for next time. You are the merchant, and payouts go to your bank on Stripe's schedule.
You can pass a card service fee of up to 3% on to the client as its own labelled line, or absorb it.
Cash and checks count too
Mark an invoice paid by cash, check, card, bank transfer or anything else, with the amount, date and a note. Write payment instructions once for clients who pay another way.
Know what is owed
The Invoices page shows everything unpaid, paid and waiting on the client, with totals for what you billed today, this week and this month, what is outstanding and what has been paid in the last 30 days. Each document keeps a timeline of when it was sent, viewed, approved and paid.
Send a polite reminder on any unpaid invoice with one tap, and refund all or part of a payment from the same screen.
