Randy Cassotto has tuned pianos for 21 years. Pianobooker is the scheduling and records system he wanted for his own business, built with the technicians who use it every day.

Our story

The job is at the piano. The rest should take care of itself.

Every technician knows the other half of the job: returning calls, remembering who is due, working out whether Tuesday's drive makes sense, writing up what you found. Randy has done that half alongside the tuning for 21 years.

Pianobooker is built to carry it. It thinks the way a technician does, by client and by piano, by route and by season. It reminds owners when they're due, lets them book themselves into your week, and keeps every visit on the piano's own record.

Randy builds it together with the teams at Friendly IT & Tech and Firewave, and the technicians using it shape what comes next.

Randy also designs and makes Cassotto tuning levers and Cassotto Prestige tips. Pianobooker comes from the same place: a technician making the tool he wants in his own hands.
