Texts that write themselves

Two ready-made messages sit on every visit today, and you can edit either before it goes:

  • "Hi Sarah, it's Randy. I'm on my way to your appointment now, about 18 minutes out. See you soon!"
  • "Hi Sarah, it's Randy. I'm running about 20 minutes behind but still on my way, thanks for your patience!"

A drive time you can trust

Check ETA asks Google for the drive right now, traffic included. The running-late text uses that figure, so the delay you send is the delay you will actually have.

Your service area, measured in minutes

Miles mean little when there is a bridge in the way. Set your service area as a drive time from home, from 15 minutes to two hours, and see it drawn on a map. When you book, Pianobooker tells you whether the address is inside it.

Installs like an app

Add Pianobooker to your phone's home screen and it opens full screen like any other app. Turn on notifications to hear the moment a client asks to book, reschedule or cancel, or approves an estimate.

Questions & answers

Do I need to download an app?
No. Pianobooker runs in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen, with notifications, like an app from the store.
Does it track my location?
No. Your location is used only when you tap Check ETA, to measure that one drive. Clients never see where you are.
Does it plan the fastest order for my day?
It suggests new bookings that fit around the visits you already have, so days cluster sensibly. It does not reorder a day that is already booked.
Can I change the text before it sends?
Always. Both messages open ready to edit, and nothing sends until you tap Send.
